We have updated JapanAuctionCenter.com in order to offer a better service.

1. ORDER A SHIPMENT:

Now you have more control over your shipments.
When you want your items are shipped to you, just go to "My won bids page", select the shipment method you want and submit the "Delivery fee estimation & Shipment order " button.
Please note that this button comes out only if you have " arrived items".


If you see this icon next to an auction, this is an item that can be shipped only by itself and without being combined with others.

Then you'll be taken to "Shipment order form" panel.
Here you can select the items to ship, the shipment method you want and estimate the delivery fee by clicking the "update button".
If you are sure that you want a shipment now, please go through and submit the "Ship my items" button,


Then in the next window you can enter the detailed item description you want to appear in your invoice and select the optional packing option if needed.

Once this form is submitted, our shipping team will process your shipments as soon as possible.
Please note that a shipment order can not be cancelled or edited.
That's why make sure that you want a shipment before you submit his form.

In order to apply this new system, our software will send you notification emails each time an item arrives to our warehouse.
If you are not happy with receiving these messages, please kindly go to my profile and edit your email preferences.

2. INVOICE PREFERENCES:

We send items with an invoice attached outside of the box.
Some members prefer invoice inside the box and some members don't want an invoice is sent together with their itemst.
So now, you can set your preferences in "My profile" page and our shipping team will take them in consideration when sending your items.

2. SPECIAL PACKING OPTION:

Normally we are doing our best in order to not to charge extra packing fees when sending items.
However special packing with extra protection may be needed for fragile or breakable items.
If you are keen on an item you bought, you can select the special packing option now and our team will add extra protection on it for an extra fee.
For normal size items such as guitars,, collectable dolls, ceramics, bottles etc. 1200yen is charged.
Please contact us to check the fees for bigger and heavier items.
Depending on the item, Japan Post may require a special packing is done.
Since all items are insured by Japan Post, they require the items are well-packed and protected especially for international deliveries.
That's why a packing fee may be charged to meet Japan Post shipment requirements.
In case you want your items are sent all together in as few as possible boxes, we need to provide big size boxes which is the subject of a speacial packing fee as well .
