I just made a deposit through PayPal, but it hasn't shown up in my JapanAuctionCenter.com account yet...what's going on?

Please make sure that you went through the "Deposit" button in the member area; funds that are directly sent to our PayPal account (without using the "Deposit" button) won't be submitted into your JapanAuctionCenter.com account.

If you went through the "Deposit" button, so this problem should be due to a delay at PayPal IPN feature (Internet Payment Notification).

Please wait some few hours to see if your funds are submitted to your JapanAuctionCenter.com account (it should be automatically done by PayPal IPN).

If your funds are still not submitted, please kindly contact us.
