What if my items are damaged during the delivery? |

Please kindly go to file a claim with your local post office and ask them to create a "damage report" for your delivery. Then send us a scanned copy of this report with the detailed images of the damaged items as soon as possible. This way we can start the process from Japan side and ask Japan Post to compensate the damage. Please note that this is a quite long process which may take some few months.
