I am a new bidder and I just won an auction. What should I do now?

Congratulations!

Now  you can track your auction status from "My won bids" page in the member area.

You don't have to deposit money until your items arrive to our warehouse in Japan. We will inform you about the international delivery fee, as soon as they are ready to ship.

Always keep your profile updated and make sure that the delivery address is correct. We send items only to the address in your profile.

The meaning of the statuses are explained below:

• PENDING/WON: You've just won the auction we are going to start to process it as soon as possible. At this stage we correspond with the auction seller and pay the auction.
  
  
• ARRIVED TO US: We have your items already arrived to our warehouses in Japan. Now, using the "Shipment order" button you can order a shipment for your arrived items. Please note that  shipment orders cannot be hold or edited later. So please enter a shipment order only after all your auctions arrive to us; thank you for your comprehension.
  
  
• READY TO SHIP: When we receive your shipment order, we first finalize your packing and create invoices and sending labels. Our system will deduct the international delivery fee from your account. At this stage you are expected to pay any overdue amount in your account. Otherwise our system won't send the items to you.
