When will you ship my items?

We ship items only upon your shipment orders.
Our system emails to you when your items arrive to us.
If you have already arrived items, a shipment order button appears in "My won bids" page.
Using this button, you can estimate how much the delivery fee would cost and proceed to order a shipment.
