A. You will receive shipping charges when your items are sent from our warehouse to your home country.
International delivery cost is based on the size/weight of your item.
You can roughly estimate how much it costs by checking JAPAN POST resourses.

Q. I am buying several items. Can I receive them all in one package?
A . Yes, you can!
↑ You can buy items from different sellers, and have your items combined in one package at our warehouse like this.
If you buy 1 item by using Japan Auction, we ship it as soon as it arrives to our warehouse in Japan.
If you are buying more than 1 item, our default system waits until we receive all your items. Then we send them together.
This way you can save on international delivery fees!
Please note that we handle a pretty good quantity of auctions and it may take extra few days to get your items ready for the shipment.
Q. Does it take a long time for me to receive my item?
A. It depends but most of the time, it is quick.
It usually takes about 2-3 days to ship from our warehouse to Asia and 4-8 days to Europe & USA by EMS.
Some items need custom inspection and it would take additional few days.
